Do I have to track my daily calories or macros?
Nope, not at all. Unless you really want to, everything you need will be within the templates I provide.
I always get hungry when following weight loss plans, will this do that to me?
My templates minimize hunger and maximize results. I also have a comprehensive hunger strategy guide to help further if needed.
I don’t really need to lose a bunch of weight, just tone up a bit. Does your plan make sense for me?
Yep. This plan will work whether you have 100lbs to lose or 10lbs to lose. Your plan is based on you and your goals -- it’s truly personalized.
If I happen to take a break from the program and miss a week for whatever reason, will I be able to jump right back on it without being behind?
Yep that’s fine. Our goal is overall consistency. You don’t have to, and aren’t expected to, be perfect.
If I’m already using a different meal plan/workout plan, can I just supplement or use a part of your program?
Yep, that’s fine. Although I do recommend following my plan for best results.
Are the meal templates safe for me if I have health conditions or I’m pregnant/breastfeeding?
Yep! The foods in my diet plans are very healthful and don’t call for any potentially dangerous additives, substances or supplements.
